# Connect AWS account

Follow these steps to set up the integration between your AWS account and MazeShark. You can remove the integration at any time.

### Step 1: **Navigate to the sidebar and select AWS Accounts**

### Step 2: Click **+ Add a New Account** in the top right corner

### Step 3: Enter a name for your AWS account and provide its Account ID

Clicking "Add account" will automatically redirect you to the next step.

### Step 4: Click "+Create CloudFormation stack"

Clicking this will open your AWS account in a new tab. You may need to sign in first if you're not logged in.

### Step 5: On the CloudFormation page scroll down and click "Create stack"

Make sure to name your stack to something unique that blends in your production environment.

### Step 6: Monitor the status of your stack

It may take a minute or two for the integration to become active. Seeing CREATE\_COMPLETE? Great job! Your stack is ready!

### Step 7: Confirm the integration status in Mazeshark

You may need to refresh the app to view the current status. After a few minutes, it should display as **Active**.
